About Us
Who We Are
We founded Conscious Culture based on the genuine belief that the quality of our life is determined by the quality of our relationships and our ability to contribute meaningfully to the world. Our team brings insightful expertise on how humans work, so we can bring out the best in people and accomplish big things together.
With over three decades of collective experience in people operations, we know what it takes to build high-performing teams. As the way we work continues to change, we want to share that knowledge with you and redefine just how good (i.e. productive, impactful, and fun) Monday through Friday can be.
Meet our Principal Consultants
Tiffany Keesey
Clients describe Tiffany as:
Solutions-Oriented • Empowering • Impact-Driven
Tiffany co-founded Conscious Culture with a decade of executive-level HR experience. Prior to Conscious Culture, she ran a successful consulting practice, partnering with high-growth startups to succeed with clear roles, goals, vision and values.
Early in her career, Tiffany was a founding team member of Invisible Children. As People Ops Director, she scaled the organization across six offices in five countries and oversaw the hiring, training, and development of over 1,200 individuals, and cultivated a company culture with a world-class Employer Net Promoter Score. Her work created the conditions for the team to achieve seemingly impossible goals—putting the world's most neglected humanitarian crisis on the world’s stage with the film KONY 2012.
Tiffany graduated from UCLA as a Regent’s Scholar. Outside of consulting, she runs a retreat series for activists and artists and loves getting outdoors with her partner, Ben, and her baby, Cash. Tiffany is also a certified yoga teacher with a weaving tendency and a squirrel-obsessed dog named Hanna.
Bentley Holmes
Clients describe Bentley as:
Intentional • Strategic • Empathic
Before founding Conscious Culture, Bentley ran a consulting practice providing strategic planning, thought leadership, and HR strategy to executive teams. Her specialty is creating highly adaptive and high-functioning communities that are connected around a shared purpose.
Prior to consulting, Bentley led people operations in-house at a startup called The Giving Keys. There, she equipped the company to scale from 20 to 100 employees in 2 years, supporting their mission to hire people who were formerly homeless and incarcerated. She came to The Giving Keys through United Way of Greater LA, where she designed community engagement events and educational summits that reached over 100,000 participants.
Bentley graduated from Vanderbilt magna cum laude as a Lanier Scholar. In her free time, she is an avid yogi, and loves taking daily walks around Long Beach with her daughter, Maribel, and her pup, Athena.
Hannah Murphy
Clients describe Hannah as:
Relational - Curious - Up for a Challenge
Hannah’s personal mission is to help the teams she works with show up as their best selves everyday. Before joining Conscious Culture, Hannah worked on the Learning and Organizational Development team at Patagonia, where she focused on employee experience, company culture, performance management, internal communications, and Learning and Development.
Prior to Patagonia, Hannah worked at a small organization in New England, where she led all internal efforts for high volume recruiting, hiring and onboarding. With her background spanning companies at different stages of growth, she brings a nuanced understanding of how to design and scale people operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Her passion for understanding human behaviors stems back to college, where she studied Psychology and Political Science at Bucknell University. As you can imagine, Hannah loves the outdoors. When she’s not working, she’s busy exploring with her husband Tim and her daughter, Poppy or landscaping her garden of native plants.
